I've been using a variable-speed MultiMaster for about 2 yrs now. Primarily for rehabbing old wood sash windows. I have to report a very high level of satisfaction overall. The carbide rasp gets old encrusted, painted surfaces ready for the finishing sander very quickly. It performs this function better than anything else.

I want to start out by saying that the MultiMaster has made my life a lot easier. As a trim carpenter, I use it for all kinds of things that I had to use a razor knife for like cutting shims while setting doors and windows. The MultiMaster is one of my most valued tools.
